This is a 28 year old mother of 2 who weighs 148 pounds and is 5 foot 1 inch tall. She was an excellent candidate for a periareolar mastopexy augmentation and the implants we used were 350cc mentor moderate profile plus smooth round gels placed behind the muscle.
